"Nice little place around 20min walking distance from old town. The rooms were clean and the beds were big and comfortable. Air conditioner was nice plus in the room for warm nights. Breakfast was one of the reasons why we end up this place. It was small, but you got there anything you need for breakfast and start your day. But I can not recommend to use dairy products because they were on warm all the time and I don't think they throw them away after the breakfast. Some kind cold plate or minifridge would help that situation quite well. Coffee was the best what i have had outside from Finland and that is huge plus! Saturday they fried eggs fresh, brewed Coffee fresh (I just loved that thick chocolaty notes from that coffee) and brought nutella crepes on the table as well. Really nice touch before we needed to leave. The staff is efficient but friendly. We had two room Keys but after party night I forgot my key inside the room when I got out to smoke and my friend was sleeping heavily and didn't answer the phone. I needed to wait hour and half that first staff came so I got inside the room. Sorry for that lady if I jump scared her! There was this older lady who don't speak english but her heart is warm and pure gold! She even offered me a different room which was pitch black so I could rest better but I can assure that I was so tired that sun didn't bother me at all! They were my saviors after that night. But when I waited someone to come to work I walked around the area and there was fresh market right across the street and nice small Bakery what I can recommend. There is also lots of Coffee shops and bars where locals are so you don't need to go to the old town if you want to hang around that area."

"The hotel has a good location, just a 10-minute walk to Diocletian's Palace and the Promenade de la Corniche, and the beach is right outside. The rooms are quite small, the pool is practically nonexistent (small and shallow), both electrical outlets by the bed are broken, and the towels in the bathroom are dark in color—not up to the standards of a five-star hotel."

"Terrible. Rooms Pino was a terrible disappointment. If you’re willing to tolerate twenty-somethings diving in the pool at 5am, empty beer cans and ash trays littering the sun lounges and jacuzzi area, then maybe this place is for you. However, sleepless nights are probably not what your average family or couple is looking for in an accommodation which mistakenly uses ‘Luxury’ in its name. The only luxury about Rooms Pino is the soap. Our room was tired with dirty bathroom walls and holes in the bedstead. We spent two nights at Rooms Pino which was two nights too many. We were disturbed both nights by youths jumping in and out of the pool in the early hours of the morning. At least we were able to meet the manager to explain face-to-face our review before leaving with haste after our second disrupted night. Perhaps with a little more ‘visible’ hands-on management (i.e. someone being present on site to manage the accommodation during the afternoon and evening), this type of behaviour by other residents could be avoided. However, leaving poolside lights and music on all night is a recipe for disaster. This was by far the most disappointing holiday experience. I dislike writing negative reviews, but in this case it’s impossible to write anything else. Beware, you book Rooms Pino at your own risk."

"The hotel's facilities leaned more towards business, and their specialty seemed to be the spa, but I couldn't experience it due to the special circumstances. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable – I slept really well. The front desk staff was super warm and helpful. He introduced me to the hotel facilities and nearby attractions, and even thoughtfully advised me not to hail a taxi on the street but to use Uber (＾ｖ＾). Finally, I have to mention the restaurant. I had breakfast on the first day and dinner for both nights there, and it was excellent. The portions were quite generous, so for families or couples, one dish between two people would allow you to try more variety. However, my last breakfast wasn't great because I bit into some bad cherry tomatoes."

"Very bad, except for the slightly better location I thought it was a room for four people, but it turned out to be a folding bed and a sofa bed in the living room I don't know how it's luxurious, it's broken and small, and the breakfast is unpalatable And the music was playing all night, and I asked the front desk to turn it off but it didn't work, and I couldn't sleep at all. And I couldn't refund it in advance, it's really bad, it cost 2500 for one night, my God, I'm really wronged, this is the first time I booked a hotel on Ctrip that is so unworthy of its reputation. Even if you want to refund, Ctrip can't contact the agent because the agent doesn't work on weekends, so everyone should be cautious when booking overseas hotels on Ctrip."
